New things

I do believe I may have finally successfully left property management. I am on week 4 with my new job and thus far, I couldn’t be happier. There is sales involved, but it is more customer service and no pressure … Read More

Happy Un-Birthday to me

To further not celebrate a year of actually sticking with a project, I thought it time to update the blog portion. February is a long time ago. Much of the comics I have lined up for the next year require … Read More

A year goes by fast

It’s been a year since I started Plastic Paddy Pogue. The only promotions I’ve really done is the automatic links to facebook and other social media services. Mainly because I wanted a buffer of archives for new readers to be able to look at, and also I wanted to see how much traffic would potentially come from Google and Bing just on their own. So to that end, most of the comic titles, or blog entries have been geared towards SEO relative to that particular comic. My keywords may not have been the best, but they made sense. Fixing broken condoms with duct tape

So this weekend wordpress released a new version of Jetpack that finally has support for custom post types. It was interesting to see how the comic actually posted to the various sites. I’m happy for the most part. It gives the … Read More

100 years ago this year

World War I started. I thought about memorializing this by building a bunch of little padded cubes that velcro together into a much larger cube that we would use as an ottoman for a few years then break apart into … Read More

Moving right along…

As some of you know I have started a webcomic called Plastic Paddy Pogue. The idea being a creative outlet and maybe enough extra income to cover the costs of the hosting  service for Mostly Maylone. It was also an … Read More
