Well, so far a semi productive weekend. I got all the laundry done with the exception of what we had on yesterday and today. It would not have been at all polite to walk through Fred Meyer and Costo naked on a Sunday. Did Adam and Eve have Belly buttons? Thinking of which, we got some shopping done grocery wise. It’s amazing how much lees you end up spending when you’re no longer buying a ton of crap food. By that I mean not buying food with more than a few 13-letter words in the ingredient list. While at Freddy’s Melissa had step off to use the restroom leaving me in the bulk food aisle. I decided to get some mixed nuts. It seems that the little bags don’t have all that good of a bottom. While I tied up the bag, the pound of nuts took advantage of this fact and escaped. Some of them made it as far as the end of the next aisle. Me? I stood there completely dumbfounded staring at the bottom of the bag.
Last night we watched the new Final Fantasy Movie. Beautiful movie. Having never played the game, I was very lost with the plot. The special features helped some, but were mostly just annoying to watch. Must remember to look up Final Fantasy. For tonight; or some other night this week; we have Miazaki’s Naussica. Since the latest issue of Mahou Sensei Negima has not been translated to English I seem to need to satisfy some sort of fix. I must get a list of good animation to watch. I have not wanted to get into the manga of Love Hina due to expense of it all.
The window seat. I got a little farther. The lid/seat back is cut for the trim. The trim is rough cut. I just can’t decide if I want to mortise or dovetail the corners. Mortising seems more appropriate. I really must get my butt moving on this though; I’m going to run out of summer.
Still, it’s not a decision to take too lightly since once it’s done there’s no undoing it. I’ll just sleep on it.
and only the back of the left of my jaw hurts. Progress?

*laughs and laughs and laughs* I actually read this bit aloud to Ted. Poor Pat!
