Lars Cir – Deck

When we moved into the house on Lars Circle, there was a large deck in the back yard. After the first year we discovered there were some issues. We initially tore off the skirting and railing to repair and discovered a lot of rot and bad construction. It appeared that we could simply shrink the deck.

After a season or two, we discovered that the ground was simply moving too much, and the decking was too far gone from lack of upkeep. We did what any not so sane people would do and tore it off and properly replaced it.
