The exhaust fan in the Master bedroom started dripping, then failed. We discovered that over the years the water vapor had been condensing in the vent and draining down into the fan eventually killing it. It was installed at the bottom of the slope in a vaulted ceiling. So since it was nearly 10 feet away from the shower and fairly useless, we decided to move it.
