I have had Under the Sea stuck in my head for a couple of weeks now. Watching The Little Mermaid has not stopped it. It has gone so far as to have even re-written itself too. It being close to the holidays it changed to under da tree and lyrics rolled out appropriately. (in hindsight I should have written them down.) The worst part is that it isn’t just the that song (90% though) Part of your World and Les Poissons are also stuck in my head since watching the film. It’s not just the songs either, it’s the whole flippin animated scene.
Winder Seat
I put the last coat of finish on the lid last night. Later on this evening I’ll attach it to the base and that will leave only the poles left to do. They are going to be a bit of a pain. I hate sanding round objects, and sanding in general for that matter.
a few more coats of finish on the base,
cut the support poles
sand the support poles
apply finish to the support poles
apply finish to the top of the lid (after the bottom cures.)
attach the lid.
Drag it into the house.
