Seriously needing to clean. Especially up here in the loft area. I’ve got computer and A/V parts all over the place.
Mostly because I’ve been weeding through it all. Getting all the little things done that have been getting put off due to the house getting in the way. The server is now downstairs, the wireless & wired network have been changed this time it is written down. With the Linksys router I never bothered to write stuff down because I would have to log into it so often to reset it with my ISP, when it died and I switched to the Netgear, It never occurred to me to write the crap down as I always had it memorized. When I went to give the server a static IP I lost all Internet from it, when I went to figure out why, I found that I couldn’t get into my own network. Things just got worse from there. Internet kept disappearing all over the house except for the wireless. Then I got it all fixed and then the wireless on the laptop stopped working, even three feet away from the access point. I went out and got a new wireless card. Problem solved.
The weather has turned cold again. There also has not been any new snow for a while. The mounds of snow are frozen in the backyard. This has caused the dog to move form using the path that we dug out to climbing the ‘hills’ to do her business. The only problem is she keeps trying to poop uphill.
