I got to work early this morning. Not as early as I intended, but early enough to get a jump on the day. I intended to stay late, but alas Yesterdays baked good dilemma felt like it was going to return so I went home.
My one nephew is in for a tune up again. His intake manifold isn’t giving enough oxygen. (his o2 levels were down) He’ll be in for a couple of days. I’m not sure if he’s going to make his dad’s homecoming, though I suppose they may let him out for it. So Friday, I will be bringing my laptop to Providence Hospital and a lan switch, to have a little WarCraft III session. Ain’t hospitals great?
My other sister in law’s cat is very ill. He is not a very old cat but he has been around (the family) longer than I have. Hang in there Lizardbreath.
Thinking of cats, a co worker of mines cat did something strange. They got the cat as a very tiny kitten that was left on there doorstep just barely opening it’s eyes. He’s been around for about a year. He was an indoor/outdoor cat. That is to say he would go outside, wander around for a while, some times days at a time, and come home when he pleased, ‘was’ being key here. Recently he would go no further than the porch, if he would go outside anywhere at all. They decided it was probably time they got around to getting him neutered. They dropped him off at the vets this morning. At 9:00 he got a phone call. The cat had already been neutered. Roughly 2 to 3 weeks ago. The stitches and such were healed over and the fur was mostly grown back.
Got a few coats of shellac on the window seat. It should be even in tone now. Other than that I’m no further on it.
The idea tomorrow is to get into work early and get as much done as I can, and staying until certain things are done so that no one has to cover my but on Friday other than just answering the phones.
We’ll see.
